Individual approach
Each person that contacts me is unique. The presenting issue may be the same , anxiety for example, however the model of therapy and the method I used with each client will be different.
Personal consultations
Sessions can range from 1 session to multiple sessions. This will be discussed with you on the first call. There are various factors that can determine the amount of sessions needed
Online sessions
Each session must be booked 24Hrs in advance and paid at least 1Hr prior to the session starting. Sessions last between 50 - 55 Minutes.
When arranging a phone or online session it is most important that client ensures they have complete privacy for the duration of the session.
Camera and Volume MUST be on for duration of session
Online sessions are €50
Telephone sessions are €45
About me
My Name is Patrick Stoney, a registered psychotherapist and counsellor with IACP. I am a multimodel therapist, as there is no 1 model of therapy that suits all mental health issues.

Crisis intervention is conducted by whichever means is available and best for the client
